Started Rannly after watching family-owned HVAC, real-estate, and clinic businesses in Cairo and Dubai lose 30+ calls a month to voicemail. Western AI voice tools didn't solve this — they spoke English-accented Arabic, missed Khaleeji dialect, and quoted Stripe USD pricing that made no sense for AED 800 job tickets.
Rannly is the version of that product I wish those businesses had. The voice (Salma) was tuned over 22 voice samples and 3 months of dialect testing. The pricing makes sense in dirhams and riyals. The setup is 48 hours because Gulf SMB owners don't have an IT department.
