Plain English (and Arabic on request). If something here is unclear, email hello@rannly.com. We'd rather rewrite a sentence than hide behind it.

The service
Rannly provides an AI voice receptionist that answers your business phone calls in Arabic and English, captures leads, books appointments, and sends WhatsApp notifications to you. We run it on third-party voice AI infrastructure (Vapi, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Twilio).

Plans + pricing
- Starter — AED 1,090/month. Up to 500 AI minutes.
- Growth — AED 1,825/month list, AED 725/month for the first 5 founding customers locked forever. Up to 1,500 AI minutes.
- Volume — AED 2,925/month. 5,000+ AI minutes, custom voice cloning, API.
Billing is monthly via Stripe. Overage on AI minutes is billed at AED 1.20/minute. We email you when you cross 80% of your bundle.

Founding member offer
The first 5 customers on the Growth tier lock in AED 725/month for the lifetime of their subscription as long as it stays active. Cancellation breaks the lock; you re-subscribe at the then-current rate.

Free trial + money-back
14 days free, no card required for the trial. If after paying you're not satisfied within 30 days of your first paid charge, email us and we'll refund the most recent month — no questions, no friction.

What you must do
- Make sure the calls Rannly receives are legally yours to receive (you own/operate the business behind the forwarded number).
- Don't use Rannly to make robocalls, scams, telemarketing without consent, or anything illegal in your jurisdiction.
- Don't try to break the service (reverse-engineer, scrape, DDoS, abuse the AI agent into producing prohibited content).
- Keep your dashboard credentials safe. We won't ask for your password.

What we must do
- Keep the service running 24/7 with a 99.5% monthly uptime target.
- Disclose to callers that they're speaking with an AI.
- Never sell your or your callers' data to a third party.
- Notify you within 72 hours of a security incident.
- Give you 30 days to export your data after cancellation.

AI limits
Rannly is an AI. It will sometimes mishear, mis-route, or fail to answer a question correctly. We work hard to minimize this — daily tuning during your first 14 days, then weekly. But we cannot guarantee zero errors. The AI has a hard rule to escalate to a human if it's uncertain. You can always disable the AI and route calls back to your normal flow from the dashboard.

Liability cap
Our maximum liability under this agreement is your last 3 months of fees paid. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, lost calls during outages, etc.) beyond that cap. This is standard B2B SaaS — read it twice if you're unsure.

Termination
You can cancel anytime from the dashboard or by emailing us. We can terminate your account if you breach these terms — we'll email you first with 7 days' notice unless the breach is severe (e.g., using Rannly for fraud).

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, venue Dubai. If you are a Saudi customer and prefer Saudi venue, we will accommodate; email us before signing.

Changes to these terms
We'll email you 30 days before any material change. Continued use after the change means you accept it; you can cancel anytime if you don't.
