HVAC Answering Service: Why 24/7 Coverage Actually Matters

1. Ask them to call your own mobile with their AI. Talk to it. Interrupt it. See how it handles "my AC is dead, need someone tonight, in Al Barsha."
2. Test it in Arabic if you serve Arabic-speaking customers. Not MSA — the actual Khaleeji or Levantine dialect your customers use.
3. Check what it writes back to you. A dispatch text with address + issue summary is table stakes. If it just says "someone called," pass.
4. Ask for the raw call recording + transcript. If they can't give you both within 5 min of the call ending, they're not really instrumented.
5. Understand escalation logic. What triggers a WhatsApp to your on-call? What triggers a real dispatch?
6. Understand pricing at YOUR volume. Ask for a call-cap and per-minute overage rate. Some vendors bill per-minute after a soft cap and it stings.
